We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to assist customers
with applications and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Scarborough (Birchmount and Eglinton)
Days Work: Thurs - Sat (minimum 20hrs)
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities
 Assist customers with applications
 Verify customer identification, employment, and income information
 Explain terms, fees, interest rates, and repayment schedules
 Process payments, extensions, and renewals
 Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts
 Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
 Handle cash transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts
 Follow up with customers regarding repayments
 Provide friendly and professional customer service
