Job Summary:
To assist the Adora installation team by loading, delivering and unloading cabinetry products to our clients in a safe and efficient manner. Assist our in-house and sub-contract installers with installation support as required.

Critical Aspects/Qualifications:
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, bend, lift, twist, stoop, push and pull.
• Ability to carry 75 pounds into buildings with or without stairs.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Check work orders prior to loading and identify any missing, damaged or incorrect parts to complete installation.
• Ensure all cabinets and parts are wrapped and protected from damage using blankets or foam prior to leaving for delivery.
• Load and deliver cabinets to jobsites without damage to Adora or client’s property.
• Client-focused and personable.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Drive in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws. You are responsible for any and all driving infractions when operating any Adora vehicle.
• Respect all client and neighbor’s property when parking or delivering on the job site.
• Utilize checklist to ensure all parts are loaded for delivery.
• Unload all cabinets and parts into the proper rooms on jobsite, according to the work order.
• Assist installers on jobsite as requested.
• Complete weekly truck inspection reports and give to Scheduler or Installation Manager.
• Report any repairs or vehicle maintenance required to the Scheduler or Installation Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Adora property.

-With vendors (supplier pick up, gas stations, parking lots, roads and highways)

• Follow all Adora and client safety guidelines.
• Problem solve deliveries with obstacles at unloading.
-Weather related issues - snow removal, wood sidewalks
-Safety issues - temporary stairs/railings
-Untidy rooms - may have to clean room or move materials on site.
-Other Trades - may have to share workspace.
-Onsite access - may have to contact client to gain access to home.
• Required to work overtime as requested and approved by the Installation Manager.
• Assist in cleaning Adora facility as requested by Installation Manager or Scheduler.
• Complete any other job requests from the Installation Manager or Scheduler.
