We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in a busy seafood business environment.

Responsibilities:

General office administration

Data entry and record keeping

Managing invoices and receipts

Using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking

Assisting with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks is required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
