I am targeting distressed properties in USA specifically Florida to start for renovation and conversion into Section 8 rental properties. I’ve already done the groundwork with local housing organizations and identified the areas with the highest voucher payments and strongest demand.
The Strategy:
I am looking for partners to join me on a project-by-project basis. My "edge" is that I handle the heavy lifting—renovating these homes myself to keep costs low and equity high. I am seeking capital partners to help with the initial acquisition and materials.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-yield "Fix-and-Rent" model. Because I am cutting out the expensive General Contractor markups, we can create significant "sweat equity" immediately.
Target Timeline: 2–4 months per project.
