Job Description
Connect AI Logistics Partners Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused AZ Truck Driver to join our growing transportation team. The successful candidate will operate company-assigned tractor-trailer units to transport goods within Ontario.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable employment and performance-based incentives.

Compensation
- Minimum guaranteed base pay: $250.00 per completed shift
- Performance-based bonuses may be available based on safety, compliance, and operational standards.
- Bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Schedule
- Day, evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required.
- Home time daily

Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Complete local, Ontario only
- Perform pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Ensure compliance with Hours of Service regulations
- Secure cargo properly and follow all safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules and delays
- Complete and submit Bills of Lading and Proof of Delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Report mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly
- Drive in compliance with all applicable transportation laws and company safety policies.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class AZ driver’s licence
- Clean driver abstract
- Minimum 1 year MELT commercial truck driving experience
- Knowledge of Ontario Highway Traffic Act and transportation regulations
- Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Professional and safety-oriented attitude
