Job description:
The cook is responsible for the set-up, the maintenance, and the cleaning of the kitchen. He/she is responsible for all the food preparation, the rotation of products and the assembly of plates according to Cora standards. He/she is assigned certain cleaning duties. Once hired, a cook is expected to be capable of accomplishing the following tasks:
 Know the detailed cooking procedures for all breakfast and lunch dishes.
 Know the proper preparation method for all the different recipes.
 Know the presentation of each plate according to the Cora norms.
 Use the cleaning task schedules.
 Know the replacements and substitutions permitted by us.
 Know and apply proper hygiene and food safety procedures.
 Know the procedures for dating and identifying products.
 Know equipment and its safe utilization.
 Understand and use available tools for your position.
