A full-time Customer Service Officer is needed in a telecommunications company. This is an office job, mainly including customer care, sales support and order verification and processing. No experience is required and all training will be provided. Criteria:
1. Fluent in English with good phone manner in talking to customers.
2. Knowledge of internet service or telecom technology preferred.
3. Capable of using Microsoft word and Excel.
4. Reasonable typing speed for data entry.
5. Capable of handling multi-tasks.
6. Sales experience an asset.
Work hours: 10:00 am to 6:00pm,
