We are a local landscaping company, building custom outdoor structures like pools, fences, decks, driveways, gazebos, patio, outdoor kitchens and more. Currently, We are looking for a Lead Foreman/Crew Lead to be part of our growing team.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the crew of 2-5 people
* End to end client communication (answering questions and explaining scope of work)
* Completing projects from start to finish without supervision within assigned timeframe
* Operating heavy machinery
* Installing&repairing interlock
* Lifting up to 50 lbs required
* Working outside for prolonged hours
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in landscape construction minimum 2 years
* Communication skills including clarifying processes to the team, plus customer service skills
* Lift, push, pull, carry and hold materials, tools and supplies up to 50 lbs
* Taking initiative to ensure the job is completed at the highest level
* Operating bobcat
