We are now seeking help for the following position:
Building Operator – you will perform any required on-site work to maintain the successful operations of large and small residential and commercial buildings.

Starting Wage: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending upon experience.
Days: Any Day
Hours: 4 to 8 hours per day – Monday to Friday
3 to 6 hour shifts on weekends
Occasional on-call
Minimum 30 hours per week
Uniform: Company shirt provided. Pants and closed toe shoes not provided.
Location: Downtown

Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain designated facility areas
• Communicate professionally with our clients
• Answer phone and respond to voice messages and emails
• General cleaning
• Maintain building security
• Minor wall repairs and painting
• Yard work and snow removal
• Equipment inspections
• Adapt to all situation that arise in a condominium setting

Requirements:
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Familiar with the use of computers, office equipment,
• Versatile with Word and Excel
• Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills
• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be adaptive to ever changing situations
• Must have your own vehicle

Assets:
• access control systems, intercoms and video surveillance
• General knowledge of doors, motors, pumps
• Proven work experience in this or similar industry
