General helper/cleaner needed!!

MUST BE CITIZEN OR PR OR WORK PERMIT holder!!!
MUST KNOW ENGLISH!!!

Duties:
* Empties garbage bins daily (including entrance and sink areas).
* Cleans sinks, and washes floors in these areas weekly.
* Cleans drinking fountain weekly.
* Does Inventory check.
* Prepares Inventory list.
* Duties and responsibilities are subject to change and may include other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
* Proficient in basic reading and writing in English.
* Ability to read and understand written instructions.
* Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
* Comfortable working with standard cleaning chemicals and industrial materials.
* Willingness to perform indoor and outdoor work, including winter shoveling and
salting.
