Junior Projects Coordinator (Intern)
Description
Semple Enterprises Inc. (SEI) is a growing corporation that caters to First Nations Communities to meet their supply, logistics, special projects and consultation needs. The Junior Projects Coordinator intern position provides an entry-level support to project management. The Junior Projects Coordinator will report to the Special Projects Manager and/or the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (35 hour work week)
Location: Thunder Bay, ON

*Tasks and Responsibilities:*
Work with the team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Act as a liaison as required between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and alert the team to any issues with the scope, timeline, and budgets.
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to the team.
Collaborate with the team to align project execution with goals.
Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, suggest improvements, and implement improvements as required.
*Ideal candidates will have:*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills
Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
