Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
• Handle scheduling and appointment coordination for team members.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Respond to emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing (if applicable).
• Support other team members with day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested.
• Handle office inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
