We are a local Provincially Inspected Abattoir (Beef, Bison and Pork kill floor) and butcher shop that provides quality beef since we opened in 2017. We are a Provincially Inspected Abattoir. Pull in, drop off your animal(s) and we will do the dirty work. Get YOUR own meat back in a timely manner and the way you want it cut.
Take in is Monday afternoon between 3pm and 5pm and we slaughter on Tuesday.
