Our client is looking for a Shop Foreman

The shop Foreman will oversee truck repairs and maintenance while maintaining and improving safety standards in all areas.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

Promotes and maintains a positive and motivating work environment. Helping troubleshoot problems 

Manage mechanics in a timely and productive service schedule.

Enforcing all policies and procedures to ensure work is completed safely

Organizing and reviewing all out of shop work being done.

Help negotiate supplier contracts and pricing.

Hands-on mechanical work is required

Have the ability to work extra hours as needed

Manage administrative requirements such as data entry into the software and working with various other providers software.

What you bring:

Mechanical Capabilities, experience with commercial vehicles.

310T Mechanic

Class AZ Licence preferred

Must be a team player

Shop Foreman experience would be an asset

Good written and verbal communication skills

Location: Kitchener

$75,000-$100,000 a year depending on experience

This is a permanent position and direct hire.
