Our pre-order for Butcher Hogs is now open! They will be ready to go in October. They will have a live weight somewhere in the range of 250-300lbs which means their hanging weight will be about 175-210lbs.

These hogs will be $3.50/lb hanging weight PLUS butcher cost. Hanging weight is the weight on the animal after the head, hide, feet, blood, and internal organs have been removed.

We will be dropping them off a Tatonka Meats in Grande Prairie. From there they will process your hog to your specific order. We will send out the custom butcher forms in September and you will be able to return them to us and we will drop them off to the butcher along with the pigs. We are always available to assist with filling out the forms. We understand a lot of people have never done them before.

When your pork is ready Tatonka will contact you and you can pick up directly from them on the north side of Grande Prairie.
