Position: Line Leader – Co-Pack Food Industry
Location: (Major Intersection: Hwy 400 and Teston Road)
Employment Type: Full-Time


Shift Type:
8-hour or 12-hour shifts, based on operational needs



Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production line staff in a co-pack food manufacturing environment
- Set up, start, and monitor production lines to meet daily production targets
- Ensure food products are packaged, labeled, and assembled according to client specifications
- Monitor line performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety, QA, and hygiene standards
Train, guide, and support line workers on procedures, safety, and productivity
- Enforce workplace policies, including no phone use, hygiene, and PPE requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors and management regarding production flow and staffing
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Ensure proper housekeeping and sanitation of the production area



Must-Have Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Leader in a co-pack food or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Available to work on-call and 8–12 hour shifts
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must strictly follow Health & Safety and food hygiene guidelines


Completion of mandatory certifications:
- WHMIS CertificationHealth & Safety in the Workplace (4 Steps)
- Must follow hand-washing and hygiene protocols
- Must wear and maintain proper PPE
- No phones permitted in the workplace
- Ability to reliably commute to the work location
Preference for candidates living in Aurora, Maple, or Vaughan
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Team Player, Multitasking person
