Calling all individuals with pre-diabetes and/or metabolic syndrome conditions!

Apex Trials is conducting a study comparing a healthy beef-centric diet to a healthy U.S-style diet pattern to explore their effects on inflammation and other metabolic health outcomes.

You may qualify if you:
 Have a BMI between 25.0 to 39.9 kg/m2 (inclusive)
 Are available to attend 4 visits to our clinic in Guelph, ON and 1 phone call visit over a period of up to 5-10 weeks.
 Consume meat-based protein as part of your normal diet and regularly consume beef products
 Are willing and able to follow the assigned study diet, including preparing your own meals
 Have low levels of physical activity

Does this interest you? We are compensating $400 for your participation. A weekly food allowance will be provided to support study meal plans.
