Medical Mixed use Office Building – 3024 Hurontario Street, Mississauga

We are seeking a professional, licensed security provider to deliver efficient peak-time coverage at a competitive monthly rate.
This is a medical, mixed use office building that includes a public library and a sleep clinic. Coverage is required for common areas only.
We are not seeking full-day continuous coverage. We are seeking a structured, risk-aligned deployment model.
Proposed Coverage Structure
• Weekdays: On-site guard presence during peak hours (to be discussed)
• Weekdays: One scheduled evening patrol (lock checks, parking sweep, perimeter review)
• Weekends: 3-hour on-site coverage during peak traffic window
• Optional patrol based on activity levels
• Nice to have but not required ability to issue parking tickets.

This opportunity is designed around targeted visibility and deterrence, not idle guard hours.
Scope of Duties
• Lobby and common area visibility
• Loitering deterrence
• Parking enforcement
• Incident documentation
• Professional interaction with tenants
• After-hours door and perimeter checks

Mandatory Requirements
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• WSIB clearance
• Commercial liability insurance
• Ability to provide structured incident reports
• Supervisor oversight

We are seeking a fixed monthly contract aligned with a streamlined coverage model. Pricing must reflect an efficient deployment structure.
