We are seeking 2 skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our client's manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to produce high-quality products. Mechanical knowledge, and safety standards are essential to ensure efficient production processes.

This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of products.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, and technical specifications and troubleshoot.
Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust equipment independently as required
Use hand tools, calipers, and other measurement devices to ensure parts meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in a manufacturing environment.
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Assist with assembly, packaging, and warehousing activities as required.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Some prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in machining, and use of hand tools.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly, packaging, and use of hand tools.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Must have access to own reliable transportation
Must have legal authority to work full-time in Canada (entire one year full-time availability is needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay rate $17.85/hr (40 hrs/week)
Shift: 4 pm to 2 am (Monday to Thursday)
