17.60 per hour/ 40 hours a week. Certain operations, such as harvesting, are time sensitive and may require working atypical hours at some point throughout employment.

General farm duties including: - cultivating and harvesting plants in the greenhouse - preparing soil, planting seeds and transplanting seedlings - spraying plants to prevent diseases and pests - operating irrigation systems to water plants - transplanting plants into different growing medias - preparing plants for shipping to customers on other farms - may operate machineries and equipment - cleaning work areas - other duties as required.
