We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher with strong communication skills, knowledge of container dispatch and the ability to manage loads efficiently. Must have prior dispatching experience, be reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Dispatching trucks and assigning loads
Communicating with drivers and brokers
Tracking containers and updating customers
Negotiating rates
Handling paperwork and follow-ups

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year dispatching experience
Strong English communication
Ability to multitask
Familiar with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
