Healing from a narcissistic or high-conflict relationship can feel isolating, confusing, and emotionally overwhelming. Many people find themselves questioning their perceptions, feeling stuck in rumination, or carrying anxiety, guilt, and emotional exhaustion. You don’t have to go through this alone.

The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Clinic Canada™ is offering a 90-minute online group psychotherapy and psychoeducation session designed to support individuals who are currently in, preparing to leave, or recovering from narcissistic abuse, coercive control, or high-conflict relational dynamics. This group may also be helpful if you are navigating separation, divorce, co-parenting stress, or the emotional impact of ongoing contact.

This is a clinician-led, structured therapeutic space grounded in trauma-informed psychotherapy. The focus is on emotional stabilization, understanding abuse dynamics, nervous system regulation, and rebuilding clarity and self-trust. You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level. Some participants choose to share, while others prefer to listen quietly and simply be present.

Sessions are held live online via Zoom and are confidential and not recorded. Cameras are required to support therapeutic safety and group cohesion. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement, depending on your individual coverage. The fee is $99 per session, and for February, registration for one session includes access to a second session at no additional cost. Please note that intake and consent forms must be completed and reviewed prior to participation.

February sessions are available on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST, and Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM EST.

The group is facilitated by Raquel Soteldo, Registered Psychotherapist, who specializes in trauma-informed care for individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse, emotionally abusive relationships, and high-conflict separation.
