Key Responsibilities
• Finish and prepare signage including cutting, laminating, mounting, and packaging
• Operate and maintain finishing equipment (Booklet Maker, Numbering Machine, Paper Cutter, Laminator, etc.)
• Perform bindery and other finishing tasks with attention to detail
• Be able to install signage at client locations (indoor/outdoor) when required
• Deliver completed orders to businesses across the region
• Support day-to-day production tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
• Valid G-Class Canadian Driver’s License with a minimum of 5 years driving experience
• Clean driving record (no speeding tickets in the last 3 years)
• Experience with signage finishing and installation preferred
• Skilled in operating finishing machines and troubleshooting common issues
• Physically capable of handling signage materials and installation tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and collaboratively


Work Schedule & Compensation
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hourly Pay: $20 per hour
• Annual Performance Bonus based on company and individual results
