Class 1 license with experience
Acceptable drivers abstract (within last 30 day)
Experience on and off road
Ability to be on call when needed

Ability to chain-up
Ability to follow directions to site

Experience with sand hauling is an asset
Experience with super b is an asset
Can trail the right candidates with super b
