About the Role:
We are a growing company seeking a reliable and motivated Class 3 Delivery Driver to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB. This full-time position involves delivering metal roofing, siding, and accessories to customers, as well as assisting in the manufacturing process using state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver metal roofing, siding, and accessories to customer locations.
• Operate forklifts and coil tipping equipment.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare orders for shipment, both manufactured and non-manufactured.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Support the manufacturing of roofing, siding, and trims.
• Safely operate heavy material handling equipment.
• Package finished goods for delivery.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Knowledge of shear and break equipment and/or general production experience.
• Mechanically inclined individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
• General knowledge of trucks is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
• Familiarity with Grande Prairie and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.
• Forklift certification is an asset (training available).
