Follows established procedures to perform tasks including making deliveries to customers, job sites and ICONIX facilities, ensuring the delivery vehicle is properly maintained, and assisting in warehouse and customer service duties at the branch.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives the company vehicle to deliver goods to customers and job sites in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
• Loads and unloads orders/shipments.
• Provides customer service.
• Performs warehouse duties.
• Loads, unloads, and straps customer orders.
• Records amount and type of cargo being delivered.
• Ensures vehicle is well maintained, clean, and road-ready, recording any defects/damage found and reporting all serious mechanical defects, washing windows, and filling gas.
• Performs general warehouse duties, stocking items, pulling orders, and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Works closely with other team members on a daily basis to facilitate effective customer service.
• Operates forklift as required.
• May occasionally perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
• WHIMIS training.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of truck maintenance.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision.

Education / Experience:
• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of current driving experience.
• Warehouse experience is an asset.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Variable weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, climbing, and standing the majority of the day.
• Working indoors in a warehouse environment, standing on the concrete floor, and outside in variable weather conditions for part of the day.
