✅ Positions Available:
1. General Laborer
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling

Operate hand and power tools

Support skilled trades as needed

2. Machine Operator Excavator
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Adhere to all safety standards and site procedures

What We're Looking For:
Prior construction experience is an asset

Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Saanich area
