Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs.
Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure a positive interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Must be able to move trailers in and out of parking spots around our yard and deliver within Winnipeg
• Performing safety and services to trailers, ability to diagnose and complete minor repairs to trailers. Change tires, repair broken electrical wires, regular maintenance.
• Class 5 license is required
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
