Position: Administrative & Front Desk Coordinator

At MPD Glass & Vinyl Graphics / Voyageur Door & Window, we're looking for a reliable, personable, and organized individual to join our team as our new Administrative & Front Desk Coordinator. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
Managing day-to-day office operations and supporting various departments
Assisting with light bookkeeping and invoicing
Helping to coordinate project schedules and appointments
Supporting sales staff with quoting and follow-ups
Handling email correspondence and tracking project progress
Keeping the office organized

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
A friendly, team-oriented attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
