About the Role:

Seeking a motivated Lead Generation Appointment Setter to engage with both cold and hot leads to schedule qualified appointments.

-Cold leads outreach is restricted to email, social media, and other non-phone channels (no cold calling permitted).
-Hot leads (warm or inbound inquiries) may be followed up by phone, email, or messaging.
-This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for someone comfortable with digital outreach and client engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

-Identify and engage cold leads via email, social media messaging, or other approved channels
-Follow up with hot leads through phone, email, or messaging using provided scripts
-Qualify prospects and schedule appointments directly with Laine
-Maintain detailed records and update CRM or lead tracking tools
-Meet weekly appointment-setting targets

Who You Are:

-Comfortable with digital outreach and lead qualification
-Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
-Experienced in appointment setting, customer service, or sales outreach (preferred)
-Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable managing multiple communication channels

Compliance Reminder:

This is a support role that does not involve cold calling. No discussing pricing, listings, or negotiations with leads. All real estate services are handled by the Realtor.

Compensation:

Commission is paid per qualified appointment booked. Details discussed during interview.
