Customer Service - Part time

Description

Job responsibilities:

-Attending front desk customers, receiving orders and sorting for the further processing

-Bagging/Packaging of final cleaned and ironed clothes

-Basic computer knowledge

-Reporting to Manager -Plant Operations

-Good organizational skills and team work

-Monday to Saturday
Working hours may vary (20 to 25 hours a week)

Job Duties:

-Answer incoming customer inquiries

-Record customer information within our customer service database

-Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

-Other duties as requested

-Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
