It has a 35Z5 tube, a 50L6 tube and a 12AU6. Three inputs and a volume and tone knob. I don't know the exact year but estimate it's about 5w based on the sound.
Please note I'm not an electrician but I did not see what was obviously an isolation transformer when I peaked inside and it has a two prong plug. So this means there is the potential for a very dangerous shock especially if you ground yourself out when playing guitar or using a mic. Therefore, I recommend any buyer put in a three prong grounded plug and purchase an external isolation transformer to plug it in to and then plug that into the wall. It might be prudent to consult a knowledgeable electronics person to ensure you have taken adequate steps to ensure it is safe as I said I'm not an electrician.
