The date on the schematic inside is Oct 1960, made by Electronic Enterprises in Montreal. Jensen 11-6 speaker, 12AX7, 50L6, 35Z5 tubes. This company made cool copies of the early 50's Fender tweeds and champs.
Please note I'm not an electrician but I did not see what was obviously an isolation transformer when I peaked inside and it has a two prong plug. So this means there is the potential for a very nasty dangerous shock if you ground yourself out when playing guitar or using a mic. Therefore, I recommend any buyer consider putting in a three prong grounded plug and or consider purchasing an external isolation transformer which are not that expensive.
