Position: Call Taker / Dispatcher (Entry-Level)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Morning-Evening shift

What You'll Do:
As a Call Taker:

Answer incoming calls from customers, police, and insurance providers
Gather accurate information and input service requests into the dispatch system
Provide clear instructions and updates to customers regarding estimated arrival times
Prioritize calls based on urgency and location

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills – clear, calm, and professional on the phone
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Tech-savvy with basic computer/data entry skills
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or dispatch (an asset, but not required)
Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings
