Customer service Associates and Trainers

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge across various departments. This role requires strong communication abilities, public speaking skills, and a passion for fostering a learning environment. The Trainer will collaborate closely with Marketing Directors to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training materials and content tailored to various audiences.
Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at all levels.
Utilize HRIS systems to track employee progress and training effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS space
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (experience with AI a plus)
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning styles.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
