We are looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team at a high-traffic children's facility specializing in birthday parties and other fun, family-friendly events.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to parents, guardians, and children
Assist with event coordination and day-to-day operations
Handle inquiries, bookings, and customer concerns with a positive attitude
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is required

Experience working with children is a strong advantage

Teaching, childcare, or camp counselor experience is a big plus

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Must be available to work weekends and holidays
