Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Invoicing & Customer Support (Remote, Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Home-Based)
Hours: 25–30 hours per week
Compensation: Based on experience

We are a dynamic and growing company in the health and supplement industry, focused on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
• Manage and follow up on collections to ensure on-time payments
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Prepare basic sales and payment reports for internal use
• Follow up with customers regarding order details, payments, or documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer service approach in all communications
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 1–3 years of administrative experience (invoicing or accounting support is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and invoicing platforms QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet home office environment
