I am sincerely looking for the following: an older-style small farmhouse (not too big, as it's just me) on 3-8 acres, with an older barn suitable for a horse or a couple of cattle. In order for the home to fit my budget, it should require some work.

I am primarily interested in properties located in West Branch, Pictou County, River John, New Annan, Waugh's River, and surrounding areas. My price range is a maximum of $180,000, unless the owner is willing to carry a small mortgage, as I have mostly cash available, depending on the final price.
