No Original Sleeve. Since paper cover quite torn. Used in 1947 by Alberta Local Radio Station in Olds / Nanton / Okotoks and High River. Last Photo shows comparison to 33/78/45rpm Size. Definitely a Collectors Antique Dream Record - LP. A Must Have. --Will ship anywhere in Canada or US.
