2 Bedroom Bungalow with big backyard in central Lindsay (Kawartha Lakes) Ontario for one year lease. Applicant's verification of employment and credit and previous renting references required. The process is a s follows:

1- Applicants visit the property on set dates
2- Landlord interviews the applicants
3- Selected applicant agrees that we pull their credit history. We do not accept credit history pulled by you. We use a third party to do that. Also letter of employments and 2 consecutive paystubs plus Reference letter from previous Landlord with contact information must be provided.

4- Landlord has the right to accept or refuse any applicant for any reason.

5- Once the selected applicant is approved they must sign an official lease possible additional conditions.
6- Rent is collected by third party from the Tenant account. Failure to pay on time rent results in legal action & eviction by this third party.

7- All utilities and Internet/TV are extra and shall be by Tenant. Utilities Accounts will be transferred into the tenant name NOT the Landlord.
