My amazing long term tenant of over 10 years is relocating :( They are retiring and moving closer to their family.
Looking for someone very trustworthy to take care of my home and property.
I travel frequently for work and leisure, and I can be away for months at a time.
There is a lot of available space in the house. You would have almost exclusive access to 2 kitchens and 2 baths most of the time plus your own private living space.
I have guests staying throughout the summer. By the end of August or early September, my house will be open to having a long term renter.
This is on a really nice country property which is super close to all town conveniences.
There is no smoking of any kind in the home and if there are any smokers, they have to be at least 15 feet away from the house and any other building on the property. This is a requirement of my non smoking insurance policy and it is very strict because of a fire caused by a previous tenant's carelessness. /:(
Sorry no pets are allowed either. Some land is being rented out for another person raising chickens and there will be guardian animals present. There is still a lot of acreage for vegetable gardens and other farming uses. It would be nice to see someone make use of the land space available.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants a country lifestyle in a well kept and upgraded bright spacious home.

Are you on your own or do you have a partner or family? What kind of work do you do and what is your most comfortable rental budget? Please be reasonable. My rent has been far lower than most landlords, but I can't afford to do subsidized housing either. Are you looking for long term, or are you in between homes? Are you hoping to buy in the area? I could be open to a rent to own or even a co-op situation.
I will be very selective and it will take some time for me to choose.
