What's available:
You have two flexible options depending on your needs:

Option 1: A private bedroom dedicated office space – great if you work or study from home! $1500/month (includes rent, utilities, and parking)

Option 2:

Larger room: $1200/month

Smaller room: $850/month
(Both include utilities and parking. Furniture can be included—queen bed, table, chair, fan, cupboard—and we can discuss cost.)
