A bright, private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available in my modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in downtown Toronto starting August 4, 2025. I'm looking for a responsible and respectful individual for a temporary stay of 6 to 12 months. The dates are flexible.

The unit is fully furnished, while the bedroom is currently unfurnished. I'm open to discussing furniture options if needed.

The condo is centrally located, just a short walk from College TTC (subway) station and streetcar lines. You'll find everything you need nearby, including shops, restaurants, and an IKEA right across the street. The University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, major hospitals, libraries, and cultural venues are all within walking distance.

Rent is $1,450/month. The rate is all inclusive (utilities and internet). Will be signing a roommate agreement. The following will be requested upon signing: passport ID, first month's rent, and one-month rent as deposit (refundable at end of stay).

The unit includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Temperature is controlled with AC.

Building amenities include a 24/7 gym, a quiet study lounge, social spaces, a seasonal BBQ terrace, a cinema room, and rentable event rooms. Underground parking is available upon request for $225 per month, with a six-month commitment required by building management.

About me: I'm a 34-year-old LGBT professional working as an environmental officer in the public service. I've been living in Canada since 2021 and lead a quiet, stable life. I work from home two days a week and occasionally travel out of town. I value a respectful, non-judgmental, and peaceful home environment, and I'm looking for someone who shares those values.
