I am seeking a compassionate Elder Care Assistant to provide essential support a Senior in Camrose, Alberta. If you have time and would like to make extra pocket money. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for a elderly individual, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties
As an Elder Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing personal care assistance to one (1) senior with priority to ensure oxygen breathing tubes are switched over from mobile to main one after each meal.
Monday to Friday:
1st time between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.
2nd time between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. and
3rd time between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. Plug and charge mobile unit each night at the 3rd time visit.


Sunday between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment by performing once a week VERY light housekeeping tasks, such as floors with a swifter and wipe down counter, dishes in dishwasher.

Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
• MUST be Reliable.
• Experience in caregiving care is desirable (but not necessary)
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with seniors.
• A nurturing attitude combined with patience and empathy towards elderly.
