Small yards are considered condos, or practically no grass at front, or very little, some at back.
Large yards are $35.00 and up, bagging is and raking is $10.00. Up to 50 feet x 50 feet yard.
For example a yard that is 120 x 50 feet with no obstructions is a $65.00

Larger yards and acreages that require a riding mower, we can quote. Yard cleanups available, also quoted.
The riding lawn mower we use is a 48" Husquavarna new model purchased this year.
