Job Description
Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated bar staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve drinks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and meeting their needs.
• Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting stock shortages.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills.

Requirements
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and checkout processes is an asset.
• Basic math skills to properly handle cash payments.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
