Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with efficiency and care.

Server Duties
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant policies.

Skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Experience in food preparation and an understanding of menu items.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Team management skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Background in food service or restaurant management is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.
• Bartending skills are a plus for establishments that serve alcohol.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
