Cabana Pool Bar is known for throwing epic pool parties with top performers. But even on regular days, it looks like the perfect spot to unwind with a drink, float on an inflatable flamingo, and enjoy the awesome Toronto skyline.

We also love that this poolside bar is so huge! It covers 50,000 square feet, with a cool octagonal pool, 12 cabanas, a patio, a dining area, and a DJ booth—enough space for lots of sun worshippers!

We're gearing up to open an exciting new restaurant in Leaside, and we're looking for enthusiastic, service-driven professionals to be part of our founding team. What You'll Do
• Create outstanding guest experiences – Welcome guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Master the art of service – Take orders, serve food & drinks with efficiency and accuracy, and handle guest requests with professionalism.
• Elevate the experience – Engage with guests, upsell where appropriate, and make thoughtful recommendations (wine knowledge is a plus!).
• Be a team player – Work closely with the kitchen and fellow FOH staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Keep things running smoothly – Process payments accurately, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health & safety standards.

What We're Looking For
• Previous FOH experience is an asset, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset—someone who steps up when needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure.
• Smart Serve certification (Food Handler certificate is a bonus).
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
