Job Title: Line/Prep Cook (Grill Experience Required)
Location: Sheffield St. & Densley Ave., Toronto, ON
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM (5–6 days/week)
Pay Rate:
• $17.20–$20/hr – Line Cook or Prep Cook
• $21–$23/hr – With Sous Chef-level or professional kitchen experience

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Line/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in cutting, prepping, and grilling, and must thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Cut and prepare vegetables, meats, and ingredients accurately
• Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cooking stations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members during service

Requirements
• Must be available for immediate start
• Ability to prep, cut, and grill is mandatory
• Prior kitchen experience preferred; Sous Chef-level skills are an asset
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
