Key Responsibilities:

Support in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality food and service

Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained

Manage shifts effectively by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues

Assist in training new team members and providing on-the-job coaching

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs

Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

1 year of restaurant or food service experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays
